Quality Policy

Our corporate philosophy is to “give top priority to relieving people’s pain and suffering caused by illness and restoring their health and vitality while fulfilling our corporate social responsibility through the supply of medical devices.” To realize this philosophy, we will increase product sales by providing safe and high-quality products and services to our customers, and at the same time, we will increase profits by reducing costs and reinvesting in the supply of superior medical devices to fulfill our social responsibility. To this end, the following items will be implemented.

  1. We will establish a quality management system, constantly strive to improve quality, and build a system in which all employees can be confident and proud of the quality of the products and services the company provides. We will also meet the requirements of ISO13485, and all employees will comply with the internal procedures established based on this standard.
  2. We will strive to minimize risk by establishing an appropriate risk management process. We will also strive to eliminate human error.
  3. We always give top priority to dealing with customer complaints and take speedy corrective and preventive measures.
  4. We will collect and review customer requirements, and continue to improve and develop products to meet those requirements.

ISO13485 Certification

Century Medical has obtained ISO 13485: 2016 certification for all of our offices.
By implementing our quality policy, we aim to further improve the quality of the products and services we provide.
