Quality Policy

 

Our corporate Mission is “With Challenge and Evolution, As a provider of Healthcare Devices and Services, CMI Serves for People’s Health & Wealth.” To realize this mission, we will grow our business by providing safe and high-quality products and services to our customers, and we will also invest our profit back in the development and introduction of superior medical devices to fulfill our social responsibility. To this end, the following items will be implemented.

  1. We will establish a quality management system, constantly strive to improve quality, and build a system in which all employees can be confident and proud of the quality of the products and services the company provides. We will also meet the requirements of ISO13485 and applicable regulatory requirements, and we will comply with the internal procedures established based on these requirements.
  2. We will strive to minimize risk by establishing an appropriate risk management process.
  3. We always give top priority to dealing with customer complaints and take speedy corrective and preventive measures.
  4. We will collect and review customer requirements and continue to improve and develop products to meet those requirements.

ISO13485 Certification

Century Medical has obtained ISO 13485: 2016 certification for all of our offices.
By implementing our quality policy, we aim to further improve the quality of the products and services we provide.
